Onset's Community
Environmental Sustainability & Responsibility
Energy efficiency, sustainability, and environmentally friendly practices are integral to our employees'—and our customers'—ethos.
Green by Nature
We're committed to creating a more sustainable tomorrow. For more than three decades, our products and people have been instrumental in countless green/conservation initiatives.
Saving Energy
Our HOBO data loggers and monitoring systems are used worldwide to track energy and HVAC systems performance to help reduce energy costs.
A Part of the Solution
HOBO solutions help document climate change and the efficiency of wind and solar power systems. 50% of our headquarters' energy usage has been powered by a solar energy system for more than a decade.
Working at Onset
Onset's success and future growth is attributed to a highly-skilled and effective workforce as well as the ability to attract and develop new talent. From our performance evaluation process to our professional development opportunities, we help employees build and refine the skills they need to take themselves and Onset to the next level of excellence.
