The CD is included with the device or can be downloaded from their website under \u201cSupport\u201d at: <ins cite=\"mailto:Herman%20Gustafson\" datetime=\"2016-01-14T15:18\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tripplite.com\/support\">http:\/\/www.tripplite.com\/support<\/a>.<\/ins> Follow the Keyspan installation instructions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Once installed, open this application and note the COM number assigned.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>For HOBOware:<\/strong><br \/>\r\nOpen HOBOware Pro and go to File &gt; Preferences &gt; Communications &gt; Device Types and ensure that USB and Serial is selected. Also, go to \u201cSerial Ports\u201d and select the appropriate port number.
